After living on Star of the Seas for over six months (yes, I know that sounds crazy), we decided to take a flight to Italy to see how well Legend of the Seas stacks up to our favorite ship. Well, not surprisingly Legend takes everything Star did great and just ups the quality the tiniest bit more.
When you add flights and hotels and the cruise fare, this is definitely the most expensive cruise we've ever taken. All in, this trip set us back over $6000 and that was for their most inexpensive inside stateroom. So while we definitely wouldn't cruise Legend regularly, as a special treat to see Rome and Barcelona and all of the other amazing ports, Legend would 100% be our top choice. Legend currently has the best crew in the entire fleet, so anyone sailing over the next 6 months or so is in for an incredible time.
