Royal Caribbean BANNED Him… Who's Telling The TRUTH?

What does Royal Caribbean REALLY know about you? And what happens when you ask a cruise line to reveal the personal information it holds on you?

In this episode, we're joined by Jackson Reynolds, a frequent cruiser who claims he was unexpectedly removed from Royal Caribbean's Brilliance of the Seas before discovering that he'd been banned from sailing with Royal Caribbean Group, including Celebrity Cruises.

With approximately 12 future cruises cancelled, Jackson began searching for answers. But the story raises some fascinating and potentially troubling questions about the information cruise lines collect, the records they keep on passengers, and what happens when you submit a Subject Access Request (SAR) to find out exactly what they know about you.

Could a cruise line hold detailed records of your interactions with crew, onboard spending, complaints or alleged misconduct? How much of that information are you entitled to see? And could those records influence whether you're allowed to cruise again?

We also put Royal Caribbean's official response to Jackson, including the company's assertion that decisions under its Guest Conduct Policy follow a thorough review and that affected guests are informed of the reasons.

We're approaching this story impartially. There are two sides to every dispute, and we don't know everything that happened. But the questions it raises about passenger rights, transparency and the power cruise lines have over their customers deserve exploring.
