Carnival Cruise Line has unveiled new 2027–2028 itineraries, adding an exciting mix of Caribbean and European sailings — including a once-in-a-lifetime solar eclipse cruise departing in July 2027.

Carnival Miracle to Sail From Galveston Before Heading to Europe

The Carnival Miracle will kick off her 2027 season sailing from Galveston, Texas, beginning March 29, 2027, as part of Carnival’s four-ship deployment from the Lone Star State.

Before crossing the Atlantic, the ship will offer a range of Caribbean sailings:

  • Two four-day cruises to Cozumel, Mexico

  • A 10-day Eastern Caribbean voyage visiting Celebration Key, RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay, Grand Turk, and Amber Cove

  • A 10-day Western Caribbean itinerary featuring Montego Bay, Grand Cayman, Belize, Cozumel, and Isla Tropicale

  • A 10-day Panama Canal cruise calling at Limón, Colón, Roatán, and Cozumel

The European season begins May 6, 2027, with a 14-day transatlantic Carnival Journeys cruise from Galveston to Lisbon, calling on Bermuda, Funchal, and Ponta Delgada.

From there, the ship will operate a nine-day voyage from Lisbon to Dover (London), featuring stops in Spain, Portugal, France, and Belgium, before homeporting in Dover for a summer of British Isles, Northern Europe, and Baltic sailings.

In late September, the Miracle will reposition to Civitavecchia (Rome) to operate eight- and 10-day Mediterranean cruises, visiting the Greek Isles, Turkey, Italy, Croatia, and Montenegro.

Special Solar Eclipse Sailing

One of the standout highlights will be an 11-day Carnival Journeys cruise departing July 29, 2027, featuring a special day at sea for prime solar eclipse viewing on August 2.

This rare itinerary sails from Dover, with calls in Guernsey; Lisbon and Leixões, Portugal; La Coruña, Spain; Le Havre, France; and Zeebrugge, Belgium.

Carnival Paradise and Elation Continue Caribbean Cruises

Elswhere, Carnival Paradise will continue sailing from Tampa, offering a variety of four- to six-day Caribbean getaways, while the Carnival Elation will operate from Jacksonville, maintaining its schedule of four- and five-day cruises.

Both ships will visit Nassau, The Bahamas; Cozumel, Mexico; and Key West, Florida, with select itineraries featuring Celebration Key, Isla Tropicale, and Half Moon Cay.
